Financial Services Valuations & Review Administrator

A Financial Services Client Valuations & Review Administrator is required by a growing national financial planning firm providing services to both private and corporate clients. Please only apply if you have previous Financial Services / IFA experience.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
  • Preparation of client Portfolio Valuations (PRs) and Annual Reviews (ARs) on either bi annual or annual basis as required by the client agreement ?
  • Ensuring all PRs & ARs are compliant and prepared in accordance with company procedures ?
  • Oversee management of PRs & ARs that are due i.e. ensuring delivery and action by liaising with ?Admin / Advisers to track delivery of reports ?
  • Ensure AR post review letter is recorded in Intelligent Office in accordance with MIFID II requirements ?
  • Undertake project / client work as directed by the Client Services Manager / Managing Director/ ?Practice & Compliance Director ?
  • Collate weekly and monthly management information for Management monthly reporting, namely Reviews due, clients seen, reviews completed, reviews missed etc. ?
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures ?

You will have gained previous experience in a Financial Services / IFA environment and ideally have experience of producing client valuations. You will possess strong numerical and analytical skills together with a good working knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and admin skills are essential.

Salary:£20000 - £24000 Per Annum + benefits
