Senior Reward Specialist

A Senior Reward Specialist is required by a leading, global Investment Bank to join the Performance & Reward (P&R) Enablement team and be responsible for all aspects of the planning and delivery of defined projects within the team.  You’ll actively support the successful delivery of the whole P&R book of work, including Year End and you’ll work in close partnership with P&R Management Information (MI), Divisional Reward/Human Resources (HR), Central Performance and Reward, HR Platforms, as well as liaising with Country HR.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Successfully project manage the allocated book of work, operating as a Reward Subject Matter Expert (SME) where required, delivering projects to time, cost and quality expectations
  • Projects include coordinating the specification and collection of requirements for annual fixed pay review modelling and also coordinating the collation of annual HR Market Data whilst managing the associated vendors (Towers Watson and McLagan)
  • Scoping project activities and objectives to ensure clear deliverables are defined from the outset, including business benefits and measures of success
  • Ensure all projects are tracked in real time using detailed and established project management tools and techniques, so that risks, issues and dependencies are visible and escalated where necessary
  • Manage and contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R project, product or process e.g. HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, HR Direct training etc.
  • Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors

You will have a background in an HR environment and will have Reward knowledge. You will have previous project management experience as well as experience of HR Systems or HR Data Management within a large, multi-site organisation. You will also possess excellent analytical skills and will be comfortable handling large, complex datasets and using complex MS Excel formulas. In addition, you will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


Salary:£45000 - £65000 Per Annum + bonus + excellent benefits
