Lisa is a highly experienced recruiter with almost 20 years’ recruitment experience. Lisa’s move to Willow Resourcing reunites her with Mark Wilson, our Managing Director, after they had previously spent 7 highly successful years working together at a multinational professional recruitment consultancy. Most recently Lisa has been working as a Resourcing Consultant for Deutsche Bank, enabling her to experience recruitment from the client’s perspective at first hand. This experience has undoubtedly given her a greater understanding of clients’ requirements from their recruitment partners and we’re sure our clients will benefit hugely as a result.
