Compliance Consultant – Financial Crime

You’ll be working for a highly successful international Compliance Consultancy that provides expert compliance advice and support across the Financial Services arena. You’ll join the Financial Crime team and use the knowledge and experience you’ve already accumulated to assist in the delivery of projects and regulatory solutions for clients from across the Financial Services market.

You’ll be working as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients and will manage a variety of projects, often including multiple workstreams. This includes project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

You’ll advise clients on UK financial crime regulatory requirements, expectations and industry practices, lead the execution of design and operational effectiveness testing of clients’ financial crime risk management controls (including due diligence, transaction monitoring, screening and suspicious activity reporting processes.

In addition, you’ll be expected to help grow revenue through actively targeting new clients, leveraging existing client relationships to maximise opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, preparing and presenting proposals to prospective clients and representing the firm at industry events.

You’ll be an experienced Consultant with a deep understanding of UK AML/CTF regulations and other anti-financial crime laws and regulations including sanctions, and ABC. You’ll have a proven track record of translating regulatory rules and guidelines into meaningful, fit-for-purpose solutions for clients. You’ll also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage senior and executive stakeholders effectively.
