You’ll be working for a leading challenger Bank that believes in building trustworthy relationships with its customers, whilst also taking career development seriously for all its employees. And you’ll be joining a team of 5 within a larger Compliance department of around 50 staff.
And that means this could be just the start of a long and successful career for you with the Bank.
You’ll be performing thematic and deep dive reviews across the business and across the entire customer journey as part of the annual Compliance Assurance Plan. You’ll use your investigative skills to identify and scope the impact of any Compliance and Conduct breaches, communicating your findings to a range of audiences.
You’ll have gained previous experience in a Compliance Monitoring / Assurance role within the 2nd line Compliance operations of a Financial Services firm, including conducting thematic reviews. You’ll have developed a good understanding of FCA regulatory requirements, including one or more of MCOB, BCOBS, SYSC, PRIN and COCON.
Then company operates a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home per week) and you can be based in either their Chatham or Wolverhampton office.
