You’ll be responsible for executing the Compliance Monitoring Plan, reporting on the management of key compliance risks and the effectiveness of the business’ control framework. You’ll also manage the incident reporting process keeping senior management aware of any regulatory breaches and support the business in resolving incidents.
In addition, you’ll support the business with its Consumer Duty compliance requirements and maintain adherence to SMCR requirements. You’ll also develop and deliver Compliance training across all levels of the business.
You’ll have several years’ Regulatory Compliance experience within a general insurance business and have a good working knowledge of ICOBS regulations. You’ll also have a very good understanding of Consumer Duty and ideally also SMCR regulations.
