Is it time for a new challenge?

You’ve probably taken your current role in as far as you can, through an FCA authorisation process and beyond. You’ve implemented a robust Compliance framework, designed and embedded appropriate policies and procedures and built an efficient Compliance team. And now it’s time for a new challenge.

You’ll be joining a funeral planning business with a genuinely entrepreneurial culture. Your first challenge will be to secure FCA authorisation, leading the application process, designing and implementing the required systems and processes to ensure success.

Going forward you’ll work closely with the Board providing compliance input into corporate strategy, you’ll assist with the design and launch of new products and play a key role in any future M&A activity.

This will be hands-on role that will also require you to roll up your sleeves to listen to calls, design documents, resolve customer disputes, discuss CASS issues and be available for advice as and when required.

You’ll already have a track record of leading successful FCA authorisation applications and will ideally have held an SMF16 position previously. Any previous experience of funeral planning would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
