IFA Administration Team Leader

An IFA Administration Team Leader is required by one of the most highly regarded independent financial planning firms in the country. The role is based in their excellent office in Birmingham City Centre within a short walk of all major stations.

Leading a team of 3 administrators, your key responsibilities will include:

  • To provide high quality administrative support to Consultants, clients and other external stakeholders
  • To assist Consultants in the production and issuing of client advice, including liaison with product providers and undertaking product research for the Consultant
  • To prepare and issue client review documents, including obtaining product specific information e.g. switch fees and funds available, fund OCFs, FE analytics work
  • To co-ordinate the issuing of client advice, client correspondence and enclosures
  • To be responsible for the processing of new and existing business from outset through to conclusion
  • To work with Platform sites and other online providers
  • Reporting point for own Client Service team to report illness and sickness on day of absence
  • Mentoring and training other members of the Client Service Team on work and procedural issues

You will ideally be working towards your CII Level 4 qualification and have a proven track record of team leadership with an IFA / financial planning environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to effectively manage your own time and also demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You will also be highly IT literate (especially regarding MS Excel and Word).

Salary:£27000 - £32000 Per Annum + benefits
