You’ll assist the Risk Manager with delivering and maintaining the enterprise risk management framework for the Group as well as performing a robust 2nd line assurance programme through the execution of RCSAs.
You’ll work with senior 1st line colleagues to complete risk management assessments to manage risk and also build a strong risk culture from top to bottom across the Group.
You’ll have gained good experience in a broad Risk Management role within the Financial Services arena with a particularly strong understanding of Operational Risk Management. Any previous investment management or wealth management experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
The firm is based in Bath and operates a hybrid working model that requires you to be in the office 2 days a week, working from home for the other 3.
