You’ll be using your skills and experience in Risk Management (Operational Risk or Conduct Risk) to lead a team of 2, partnering with the business to assess and identify potential risks, evaluating and mitigating them accordingly through the implementation of appropriate policies, procedures, training, systems and controls.

You’ll also provide direct support, guidance and advice across the entire business regarding the practical interpretation, application and mitigation of risk.

You’ll believe that Risk Management is a practical rather than theoretical science. You’ll love nothing more than embedding yourself in the business, raising risk awareness and instilling a risk aware culture across all operations.

You’ll have gained your experience within a Financial Services environment, preferably FCA regulated, and will ideally have gained some managerial experience along the way.
